Richard has deservedly received an award for this book. Stunningly smart presentation; the photographs and recipes are excellent. There is a bread type for everyone in this book, from simple Breadsticks for beginners to Sourdoughs for the more adventurous. All instructions are easy to follow and many bread "secrets" are shared. However, my opinions on kneading differ... a question of rhythm.

I wish I'd written this book!
