Profile - Linda Hewett
Linda is an expert bread maker and inspirational demonstrator with many years experience. She honed her skills while living in Norway for three years, where she learnt a great deal about Scandinavian bread making techniques. While living in Cyprus she was influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Since moving back to Lincolnshire , in 2000, she has researched and developed many bread recipes. Often motivated to create a modern twist on traditional British breads by incorporating fresh local ingredients and drawing on the influences she has gathered from around the world.
The opportunity to share new ideas and recipes has become a passion. She has also experienced working in an award winning bakery, supported celebrity chefs, presents at food shows, on local radio stations and regularly writes articles for county magazines.
